#1 PARK IN THE U.S./#2 PARK IN THE WORLD

Since I live in Colorado Springs, it's no news that our local park, The Garden of the Gods, is one of the most famous public parks in the country and world. But I had no idea just how well known and popular it was until I saw this morning's Gazette.  The online travel site TripAdvisor has recently ranked the park No. 1 in the country and No. 2 in the world!


The second-ranked park in the country is New York's Central Park, and the first-ranked park in the world is Vancouver Canada's Stanley Park.  The ranking for the Garden of the Gods and the other parks is based on feedback from TripAdvisor's users, who posted over 3,000 reviews for a 5/5 rating.  I've posted several images of the park here on this blog and even posted a couple videos recently.
